As the title suggests ... what is the difference? I hit the search button, but didn't come up with much to answer my curiousity. Is it just a ram air setup, a cam, heads, etc. ??

Only difference in power ratings is because of the Ram-Air intake and the higher-flowing exhaust (GT vs. SE).
Even then, you are talking about MAYBE 5 hp and a tiny little bit of torque.
