Hey everybody, felt like I should touch base w/ you guys and just say what's up ya'll!!!!
I duno if any of you remember, but my motor has been sick lately. A lil bit of the noises of death whispering in my ear everytime I drive the car. During this time most everybody should know I was planning the turbo goodness, but since the whispers of death have told me don't boost until you do something else. I decided to REBUILD THE MOTOR!!!
anyways. here's the update..
I ordered rods from RKSPORT
some kick ass pistons at an undisclosed compression
some clevite rod and main engine bearings...
we're going to rebuild dis ***** give the crank some good loving and massaging, and go w/ a nice lovely break in period.. :)
*almost got the balance shaft removal kit but well too rich for my blood so instead I'll stick to buying an intercooler*
two and a half weeks and this painful period should be over. Yeh, I'll also take some pics of the randomness and make everybody happy. :)

FDP 62mm throttle body
AEM intake ( yeh i still have it)
AEM alternator pulley

HO IDI cover (haha.. yeh High Output=boost!!!!! ricer yes but i like it)
and than after a 1500 miles I'll jump on the dyno for an N/A run just to see how little hp i'm pulling. which I expect will not break 145hp.. :D
whatever i'm ranting i'll shut up guys.. flame me for some sort of reason please.. i'm at school here. and i'm excited that mantapart has things in stock for once in their life. it's nutz lemme tell ya.
