SUP! Mel here... I love my car!!! I googled this site to help me chat with other owers to see what mods they have done, etc.
I used to have a 98 Grand Am and I drove the wheels off that car. When I finally traded it in it had almost 200k!
My next car was the 01 Alero, but I have gone back to my old fave, the Grand Am. I personally have only ever "bought" GM vehicles. Pontica, Olds... I love em'. Never had anything but bad luck from FORDS and only had one Chevy.

White, SE with the V6. She's got 40k on her now. High miles I know, but was taken care of and runs great. Got a carfax report before I bought it . I got a smoking deal, so.....
I havn't done much to her yet. Put the nice full GM Grand AM bra on, Altezza tail lights, HID front lights.
Thinking of upgrading the radio, but to what??? Going to check out Crutchfield so see what they offer.
Fixing to do the 40k maintenence on her. Needs the transaxle fluid changed?? I don't even know what the hell that is. LOL I asked my husband if he could do it and he said, "yea, but it's a pain, just take it to a garage." :roll2:
Also need new tires. It has the Eagle GAs on there now, which are supposed to be the best, so will probably go for those again, but up for recommends if you have them. I'd like to stay sporty, these tires stick great, I have only ever slid when the roads are just slightly wet, but other than that, she hold the road great! :cool:
She needs a bath, so I will get her cleand up, take some pics and post back up. TIA!!!!!!!!
