Can anyone help me step by step on how to do this process please? If you have MSN please add me at styka2002@yahoo.com. I have searched this site and read mostly all the threads that have been posted about this, and I am still really confused with all this circuits, resisters, volts and so on. I am lost! :D I was talking to my mechanic about this today and he said I can just put the wire in the fuse for the radio power and just ground it on the peice of metal he showed me. Is that all that is needed to be done? What is with all these calculations I am reading on the forums? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you checked out the thread that is right above yours in the Appearance Modifications section? This helped me out a lot when I did mine.

Ok, I installed my LEDs and I put them through the fuse box...but what I did was strip a peice of the wire and just put it in lil fuse place where you take each fuse out.. then I put the fuse back on and grounded the other wire and it worked... I didn't do anything about resister or anything about calculations. Will it still be ok? Both LEDs work when the car is on, and they turn off when the car is off. Is it hard to make a switch to turn them on/off whenever I want?

no, but i hope you have a fuse on the end of the wire you pushed in.. and you do need resistors.. unless you bought so called 12V led's.. but you need to post a pict of the led's you have as well as where you got them..
a switch just goes inline w/ the power wire.. super easy.. cut the wire, put female spades on each end, put connectors on switch.. and flick it... done

Yea, I think they are 12v LEDs... I bought them at Wal-Mart, lol
