So I looked last night and I have 15". I thought the SE2 came with 16"?? Maybe I have the SE1 with the v6. Will have to go back and look at my paperwork. (stock shows 215/60/15 on the web)

What do the 3 numbers mean???

ANYWAY...

So can I go up to 18" with no issues? Anyone here have an 04' they've done this to for pics/ comments?

I went to discount tire web site (I like dealing with them locally) put in my car and it brough up all the optional sizes I can use. I assume it's only showing me rims with the correct bolt pattern, right?

I really need ya'lls help on this. I don't wanna get robbed/fugged over when I show up at the tire place. I want to learn about all this width stuff so I am not just some stupid girl walking in. lol

I'll decide on tires once I know what size to look for. KUMHO looks promising.

Here are some I really like. http://www.discounttire.com/product/wheels/spc01r.s.ang.jpg

These are all teh different size options I was given

Plus Zero
195/65-15
205/65-15

Plus One
205/55-16
215/55-16
225/50-16

Plus Two
215/45-17
215/50-17
225/45-17

Plus Three
215/40-18
225/40-18

THANK YOU in advance~! :handhand:

if you currently have the stock 15'' rims with 215/60/R15 then if you went for a 16'' rim then id say go for 215/50/R16, 225/50/R16 would be better

If you go with 17'' rims then id say 225/45R17 (which is nearly a perfect fit!, only one half an inch off the stock tire circumference - which means a minimal speedometer error)

Or, if you want 18'' rims; a 225/40/R18 trie would be nearly perfect as well, only a circumference difference of .2 inches!!

Also, kumho tires are excellent for the price. Im on my second set now and loving them

Yea, they are very reasonable and through all my searches on this and other sites, people sppek highly of them. Since I'm in TX, a snow tire isn't an issue. And I don't need a super speed rated tire. My governer shut me down somewhere around 110, and she won't be racing or anything. I use my motocycle for that. lol

Thanks for your input! I feel smarter already. ;)

No prob. Also, if you get a tire any wider than 225mm then it MAY rub the inner fender well, but other than that you should be all good to go :D

definalty, do not go with 18's and the 225. Why buy the larger rim when you not making a fatter tire? Go with 235's for the 18's, hell I even run 235's on the 17' and they run well with no rubbing, even with my Ga lowered
