K&N Filter question

How often do you clean your filter? Mine is looking a little dirty

Did you try searching? I found 26 pages when I searched "K&N".
One person did say 50,000 miles.

50,000 is way too long. You should clean it about twice a year...every 6-10k miles. It really depends on driving conditions.

I clean mine twice a year, fall and spring, but brush it out in the summer and winter, just to get the loose crap off of it.

But like Mike said, search...there was a thread on this subject not too long ago. :)

^ I have to agree. i dont put many miles on my car at all but I clean the filter once in the spring then again in the fall.
