99 heater core replacement help!!!!

I have the 99 alero which as you know is the same as the 99 grand am. I would likle to know if you have any advice or insrtuctions on going about replacing the heater core. I have removed the glove box and now I don't know where to go. I am a do it yourselfer- so any advice or diagrams would be great. I just don't want to start removing things that don't need to be removed- I just need some sort of road map, or spark to get me moving on this project:) I have searched all over the net and cannot find anyone who has tackled the heater core. Thanks for any help you can provide.

You really should get yourself a Haynes manual. I am also a DIY er and that book has gotten me out of several messes. I am at work now so I cannot look for you but I think it's kind of a PITA to change. The whole manual is pretty much remove & reinstall for most of the systems. I will check back later today and see if I can give you any further help.
