i was wondering if you could modify stock bumpers by cutting pieces out and what would you use to fill spots in. i know with bodykits its all fiberglass but im not sure if that would work and stock body panels

it would be tough, but u could try a product called fusor. there are bunch of different versions, made of different materials, but im pretty sure u can get one for polyeurothane products (what ure bumper covers are made of)

they could, might not garuntee the work since its not their normal type of work(meaning dealership body shop) if its and independent shop they will for sure since they will mostly deal with aftermarket installs

if you look at my green car at (click here) (http://www.gaownersclub.com/forum/showthread.php?s=&postid=678944#post678944) it can be done. the top half of the front is origional GA and the bottom half is parts. the outside curve on the bottom is dodge neon (i used just for th curve) and the rest is carved foam and fiberglassed by me.
the rear is all origional GA and then i extended the sides down with steel mesh reinforced fiberglass.
It can be done. a bodyshop big or small would charge you A LOT. mine took me about 20 manhours start to finish including paint.
