a good turbo setup shop in SouthCali?

Just wondering if anyone knows a good not expensive place to do a turbo setup. I cant really install it myself. I got a few quotes but they were much higher then I am willing to pay for it. Somewhat cost prohibitive. (for 1500 i am buying the tools and doing this myself :) ). So I guess I am just interested to know if there anyone who knows of a place that can do the install at a fair price.

Estimated labor by manufacturer is 6 hours for him with an assistant.

of course if anyone is simply interested in helping me with an install that would be great too. I really just lack the tools, but am probably capable of doing it.

chris i told you, get me the quotes and i will talk to ryan(my buddy) and he can do it in his shop. just let me know what ohers are charging you and i will relay that info to him. he has his own shop in lemore, CA. that is like 3 hours north of us. and the next meet is on january 14, 2006. hopeully that turbo kit will be there so you can run in the 14s
