Disc pads

I just ordered a set of Akebono ProACT Ultra-Premium Ceramic Disc pads for my new sloted rotors has anyone tried these or heard of them?

Heard of them. They are supposed to be top quality. Not as popular as Hawk Performance Pads. I think they are Japanese-made.

I got em to use with my slotted, crossed drilled rotors. I put them on in the spring and went back to stock rotors and pads with the winter tires.

I didn't notice any great difference in brake dust or superior performance but then, I'm not a hard on the brakes. I tend to coast into stops. The few times I have been on the brakes hard, I did notice that they are noiser than stock. I think that it is the slots on the rotor more than anything else.
