Headlight &Radiator Shield

My 97 SE doesn't have the cover that goes above headlight and then back towards the radiator on the pass. side.I think this should have the serpintine belt diagram or something else on it.I looked all over the junkyard yesterday and not a 1 of them had this piece but the drivers side had it.This is a black plastic piece ,did these even come with this piece or not and if so why is eveyone removing them?

nope none of them had it. isnt the serptine belt diagram on the passenger side around the strut area?

That is weird they don't have that piece guess I'll quit looking for 1 then. I don't remember seeing that there by the strut but I'll look tomarrow and see.THANKS FOR THE ADVICE
