The Grand Am Owners Club/G6 Owners Club meet is held in Albany, NY.

Who is welcome to attend?
Registration to the meet in Albany, NY is open to any member of the Grand Am Owners Club or G6 Owners Club in good standing. If you are not welcome on the forums, then you are not welcome to meet with us in Albany, either. However, we hope to see many new faces along with the regulars at this years meet.

What if I don't drive a Grand Am or G6?
While the event is primarily a Grand Am/G6 meet, any vehicle is welcome. Many of our long-time members have since moved on to different vehicles and should not be excluded just because of the vehicle they drive.

Why must I register?
We have the registration process and fees for several reasons. We ask that people register and register early so that we have a good idea of how many people to expect. Arrangements must be made at the hotel, at the park for our Show & Shine, and at the track for our day of head-to-head drag racing. The cost of registration covers the BBQ at the Show & shine, as well as the assorted prizes we will be giving away.

What is the cost of registration?
Registration to the event is $15 (US Funds) for each car, and the driver. Each additional passenger is $5.

What are my payment options?
You may pay via Paypal, or via personal cheque/money order. All payments are to be in US funds. The payment information and mailing address for cheques is presented during the checkout process.

What hotel is everyone staying at?
The majority of participants will be ataying at the Quality Inn @ 1632 Central Ave. More information can be found in the Hotel Information Thread (http://www.gaownersclub.com/forum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=52863).

You may stay at any hotel you please, however all caravans will be leaving from the Quality Inn parking lot.

What should I bring with me?
Please keep in mind this is a 3-day event, held mostly outdoors. You should bring enough clothes for all weather conditions. In addition, here are a few things that may come in handy:
Bottled Water
Sunscreen
FRS Radios
Car detailing supplies
Money
A hat
Raincoat & umbrella
Cooler
Alcoholic beverages (NO DRINKING & DRIVING!)
Swim suit/towel
Football, frisbee, beer pong balls, water gun
Camera with extra betteries
Anything else you can think of...

Will there be other costs not covered by registration?
Yes. Accomdations, meals (except Show & Shine BBQ Lunch), entrance to Thatcher Park & Lebanon Valley Dragway, etc. are all not covered by the $15 registration fee. As well, there will be tickets sold on prizes that you may want to purchase. Finally, we usually have an impromptu 'swap meet' at the Show & Shine, in addition to some vendors selling their product.
