pukkie... u ARE coming, so just figure out the mileage and how much its gonna cost in gas... and if its too much then u can fly into ROC airport and ride out with me f00

Can we get a block of rooms that are all close together? Last year people seemed to be spread all over the hotel.

Jim, its somthing that I was going to be bringing up at next weeks meeting. We really just have to see what the hotel says.

I've been to other events where everyone was together and knew each other. You can wander from room to room when the door is open.

They also got an extra room (comp) to use as the hospitality suite. Move the beds out and set up a couple of tables for snacks and beverages.

The reason the rooms were so spread is because every weekend during the summber of 05 there was a Japanese group that blocked off almost the entire hotel. This year hopefully will be different.

We definitly dont know how much the rooms will cost yet. But I would say just from experience most hotels are between 60-90 bucks a night. Thats just a rough idea though.

So yah, I'm making a road trip up to Ottawa this summer, I'm gonna plan it around the dates of this meet (when they're decided.) So I'm almost garunteed to be there :D It's gonna be quite a trek :lol:
