Tranny Fill and drain plugs

On my 97 GA SE 5spd I went to change my tranny fluid today and we think we find the drain plug but no luck on the fill plug. We looked through the manual and the haynes manual and they said theres a dipstick on the driver side rear of the engine looked no dipstick. I have also heard that this could be a sealed tranny. Can someone plz explain where and possible show pictures of where the fill plug is, or atleast tell me for sure if its a sealed unit.
