Steering Wheel

My steering wheel is starting to look pretty bad, It's peeling away basically.

Anyone know how I can help reduce or restore this problem?

Ill try to get a picture up 2morrow if possible

I put a Wheelskins on last summer. Here's a link to where I got it. They gave me two thread kits to match the color of the leather.
