door pins

my drivers side door pins need replaced. has anyone ever done this before?

can i get them at Auto Zone?

also my window on the drivers side cannot be rolled down because its off the track, major job or not?

There's no door pin - it's internal and part of the door latch assembly. The drivers side door also should activate the dome light(s) when you pull the outside or inside handle with the door closed/locked - you can use that method to test. (Doesn't apply to passenger side)

As for the window... there's tons of window regulators / motors available on eBay for about $30-40.

ok i found out i have to buy the whole hinge for my drivers side door. (55. bucks a piece) i need both hinges.
there is way too much play in my door
you can pick it up and its too loose. hinges need replaced.

as far as the locking assembly on the drivers side door I am still confused about that.
i just dont lock my doors
