No Headlights

I'm new so I apologize if this problem has been addressed several times before. About a week ago my SVS light came on & I noticed that my passenger headlight was really dim almost out. I changed the bulb & it still didn't work. A day or two later my bright light indicator started blinking. Finally last night, the bright light indicator stayed on & SVS light was out & I realized I had no headlights at all, just the parking lights. Luckily, I was almost home. About a year & a half ago I had the dimmer switch replaced so I don't think thats the problem. Please give me some advice I really can't afford to take it to the dealer & don't think being home before sundown is going to be an option for very long. Thanks for any ideas.

Do you anything? Brights?
Try that new bulb on the other side or try a new one. If it's not bulbs or fuses, it's repair shop time.

During the day my SVS light comes on. At night it goes out & bright light indicator comes on. I have parking lights, interior, taillights- just no headlights, bright or dim.
