What exactly will this do to my car? Will it help my body kit not hit on the street bumps and stuff like that? Can someone please explain? If so do you think its a good thing to get it? Thanks!!!

It will make your car ride like a truck for one. You will feel every un-even spot in the road.

What an air suspension does is replace your steel coil spring with an air spring. With onboard air compressors, tanks, valves, and switches, the amount of air is adjustable from inside the car, which changes the car's height. The spring rate is also dependent upon the pressure in the air springs. The kit you've linked to is not a good kit. It's just a basic load leveler kit which you'd hate. A good air kit for a '98 would have air struts for the front, standard air springs for the back, 8 electric valves, at least a 7 gallon air tank and at least 1 good air compressor, as well as air lines. You're looking at probably $1,000 for a reliable, well-functioning air setup. And air suspension generally rides very well. I've seen cars with no shocks and air-ride that obviously ride poorly, and cars with air cylinders often ride poorly, but a car with air springs generally rides very well. And if it's still a little too stiff for your liking, you can add an air accumulator to the system which will provide a little extra cushion. If you have anymore questions on a setup, shoot 'em out there. There's a few people here who have done air suspension setups.
