I don't think they make them for 92-98 GA's. I would do some more research because I think they are only available for the 99+.

just like installing Struts, just that the mounting perches are adjustable to allow the ride height to be changed.
BTW I'd definately double check to make sure if they're Definately for your car. According to Mantapart, the rear strut towers will need to be braced because the will become load bearing points with coilover installed.

I wouldn't trust a 13 dollar suspension setup

i dont trust much on ebay especially a 13 dollar suspension, and for future refrence with grand ams alot of 92-98 stuff is the same and then 99+ there are rarley 95-01 or whatever especially with suspension, i would say you just lost you $13 and shipping, try www.drivewire.com youll find eibach, intrax, and B&G springs there which will lower your car and give you better handiling, you will be able to use the stock springs, also www.mantapart.com has there own sets but i think drivewire is cheaper and has free shipping, good luck

they arent really that cheap in quality. my mechanic said that they would work in the front just the back would be the problem because the springs are not around the shock. like the front with the strut. the only thing i would be worried about is the aluminum adjusting cap and spindal. but if you want to purchase them i am happy to sell them. all of the springs but one are still in the package. all the spacers and extra hard ware is still there and un opened. just let me know.

Thats the main reason you have todo research on things before you buy something for oyur car...especially off Ebay.
I doubt anyone here would be interested.....judging from the responses that were left.

not that im in any way bashing your mechanic, but by calling him a mechanic, i have to assume you went to a general repair shop. As a general rule, you can do anything with money. So if you would like to attempt to make this work, you should try looking around for a suspension shop... or an aftermarket shop that knows their shit when it comes to suspensions... knowing GM specific is always better, but im sure there's some person who can perform a decent hack job for ya

in response to sweet98aedga i didnt take it to a general repair shop. the mechanic i went to has been doing things for me since i have been driving. and he knos his shit. he is a certifiedmechanic through a chevy dealer and has his own garage and lift with a machine shop. i just dont want a hack job that has the possibliity of breaking or causing troubles down the road.
