Bypass hose? Where's that?

I'm leaking coolant and my friend who knows about cars took a quick look and said it was the bypass hose that's leaking. Where's the bypass hose in this pictures? Don't mind the circle.

It's leaking on the passenger's side. :)

hmmm....well can you pinpoint it at all...have you checked all of the hoses and stuff?

I can't see where it's leaking. But my friend took a look at it while I wansn't there and he told me it was the bypass hose. He's in Mexico right now on vacation, so I can't get ahold of him.

I have no idea where the bypass hose is.

If you can determine the vacinity of the leak then I/other on here can help you to possibly determine where the leak is...Otherwise I would just take it to a garage.

Run the car a little so the cooling system builds up a little pressure. Shut off the car, pop the hood, garb some paper towels or good old TP and run it along all the rubber hoses that carry water. if one is leaking, the towl will get wet.

I've marked the 'bypass hose' that I had to replace a few weeks ago because it had split and was leaking coolant. It's marked in blue.

Hmmm..ok. I think my friend got it wrong then. That part doesn't leak at all.
