Anyone know of a performance shop that can create Individual Throttle Bodies? I got an 02 with the Ecotec and I've seen ITB's on quite a few 4 cylinder cars, but none on the ecotec's yet. I would want to beef up my internals first but U can't beat the performance on ITB's and velocity stacks if Ur going N.A. I think I could use the velocity stacks from some of the Honda ITB's but I'm pretty sure The Honda ITB's won't fit on my engine. Prolly have to be riged up differently. Anyone have any ideas?

ITB's are really a race only mod, your going to throw drivablility out the window when you install those. As for who makes them, i have no idea, i dont keep that close of an eye on the ecotec market. but ill do some digging and see if i can find anything for you.

Ya I know drivabilty is gone. I'm looking at buying a second ecotec from a j yard for couple hundred bucks and building that one for race only. Gotta find one thats had the cylinders comp tested! Either drop it in my ga se for the race weekend or prolly a better idea is to buy a lighter car like a cavy and strip it bare for a track bruiser. I've been searching and searching and can't find anything. Thanx for looking around for me. I appreciate it!

Great link! Looks like a hell of a project. All customizing and fabricating. Kind of like everything else I've done to my car. Definately a one of kind project. Perfect. Ha Ha! I feel like the mad scientist trying to bring frankenstien to life! Good feeling seriously. I swear, when I bought this car I was dissapointed with how little after market support they have but customizing everything and having such a rare one off kind of car really makes a guy proud. Especially when other tuners notice. I took a guy that owns a tuned Del Sol for a ride in my car yesterday; dude thought my car was sweet and said it had some balls to boot. Said he was jelous. Asked what I had done to my motor and when I said "stock internals" he said "Bull Shit! Seroiusly what do U have done?" I said "Custom Intake, Custom Exhaust, B&M shift kit. That's it performance wise." He didn't even believe me. Can't wait to get more mods! Then I'll really blow em away! :)

or just wait for GM to start putting the 2.0L turboed engine into other cars (like the upcomming solstic GXP)
