PCV heater?

I was told by my mechanic that my PCV heater (the hose that goes from the black box to the intake manifold) is cracked. He quated me $125 for a new one through GM, does anyone know where else i can find one? Thanx!

have you tried autozone. Or you can always check the junk yards, you can get a hose or something for like 30 bucks (depending on the type of hose).

Does this mean he'd replace the whole oil/air separator? (the black box)

Anyway, the heater part is not all that important. Earlier Quads didn't even have them. If the hose itself is cracked, you can get a replacement MUCH cheaper than that at a parts store. :)

All i did was put on new hose and now it's fine!
