I did a search and couldn't find what I was looking for.....I bought some angel eyes for my 95 GT and my friend and I went to install them and we are having some trouble....I was wondering if someone that has installed angel eyes before could tell me what they did. My friend thinks we might have to take the front bumper off to get them installed but I think there is an easier way...cause it seems that the factory brackets won't mount with the angel eyes.

The brand of the angel eye is Cyber White by Pilot....If that matters

Thanks

Not sure about the 95 GA's but on the 96-98s all you have to do is remove the bottom plastic splash guard thing and volla you have complete access to the fogs.

I believe you have to do some cutting to the stock brackets, they won't bolt right up. Run a search you should find the thread that has complete instructions.

I learned this the hardway changing the fog bulbs the hard way. Later on I figured I could change the bulbs from the top.

You don't have to remove the fascia... but you'll need to get under the car via ramps or jackstands.

I think that has much to do with your mounting issues... I bet their mounting scheme is different. The Hella/Optilux brand angel eyes (model 2500) will mount to the stock 92-98 fog bracket without modification (although I added some spacers to better ailign with GT fascia openings), and you can still you the stock aiming adjustment screw.

Yup... just keep in mind half of that thread doesn't apply... the 99+ brackets are different. (upside down technically)

Yes, but GAGT.com has close to nothing to offer for anything pre-99. Again, the 99+ bracket is completely different from the 92-98 bracket.

^^ Good point The 99+ are slightly different which is why i didn't post about the install for 99+. I figured the 93 was close to the 96-98 GAs.

The mounting issue isn't that bad. I didn't even have to make spacers...They were barely off stock setup. Matt95GT's method would be your option for proper fitting. Other than that, they are just awkward to install. The wiring is pretty straight forward also, but if you have any questions post them up.
