hi dos any one know how much hp i would get if I swap the 2.3 quad DOHC intake to the HO intake manifold?

I don't think anyone has dyno'd any HO intake manifold swaps.

Something to keep in mind (especially if you have an auto trans)... the HO manifold will shift the peak powerband to a higher RPM. In other words the high-RPM gain will likely cost some low-RPM torque.

The early-HO exhaust manifold is more important... I'd make sure to do that with exhaust before I'd worry about the intake side of of the engine, as the exhaust is the more restrictive side.

Ive never heard of adyno as well, but id imagine its 5-7 if you are lucky. Its more of a support mod.

Depending on which OBD version you have, it may not be possible. You'll also have to deal with the differences with the power steering pump drive. See this thread for more info:

so I should get pullys for a ho motor? I was told I would lose power if I put some of the ho stuff on there . I just want to know . thanks
