Not the greatest shots of my car for my first time posting pics, but I thought some of you in the warmer climates might get a kick out of these. I work nights so I got to step out of the building at 7am, and be welcomed to my Vermont morning with this. After plowing out and driving home, I took these. Keep in mind we didn't have any snow when I got to work last night at 7pm.

Sort of tough to see in that pic, but we're in the area of 14 inches or so.

Same sort of thing on western NY but we only got nine inches of snow. I get out of work at midnight and most of the roads aren't plowed. That's one reason why I don't have a kit or lowering springs.
Here's a shot from a couple of years ago. I'm glad the four bangers don't have spark plug wires.

Hood? What hood? We don't need no stinkin hoods!
That's my '96 Achieva and the snow was blowing in thru the grill and from under the engine. I didn't use the brakes for twenty miles of back roads. I just let up on the gas and the snow slowed it down. I ran all the stop signs (no one was on the roads anyways) and when I did need the brakes near home, I found the rotors were packed and they didn't work until the snow melted.
I only opened the hood when I finally got home because there was steam coming out from the melting snow. Then I had a beer.
