my GA has XM built in, and I heard that there was a way to convert the signal from XM to Sirius. Does anyone know where I can get the part to do this and how to install it?

that would work, but your not going to be able to use the stock XM antenna thas already on your roof. You'd be adding another antenna. What that does is give you an auxillary output on the deck which will allow the sirius to be played through the stock headunit and speakers. Its not going to be true digital sound, but it will sound pretty good compared to an RF modulated signal.

I originally thought you were talking about using the GM xm tuner box and Xm roof mounted antenna for sirius.

True, but close enough. Any analog signal loss will be not be noticed compared to the digital compression loss from codec Sirius uses.
