A gave me his wheels last night for free. They are in good shape and as I mentioned .... "Free"

Problem or not ...

They are say "Ford" on them ... The lugs look like they will line up. Do you think they'll fit?

I have a 99' Pontiac Grand AM SE ... 15"

Is there any kind of adapter unit I could buy?

yeah you can buy wheel adapters. I really doubt they will fit as they are. Ford uses diffrent bolt patterns than pontiac. The wheel adapters do offset the wheels alittle too, so they might stick out about an inch more than usual.
