Ok, going to school at lunch my SES light came on. I go up to the dealership get the codes read and it throws an EGR, EVAP, and ACC. It also says its missing. Where is the EGR valve located. We cleaned out the EVAP. And i have no clue why it would throw the ACC code. My ignition is fine, i just changed it over 3 months ago. What your take

Do you know the exact Number of the codes?
Like P0xxx?
Evap, EGR, Acc (?) are too generic to work from.
HOW did you "...clean out the EVAP"?
If it said you were misfiring, then you were misfiring. Period.
Either P0300, or P0301 - P0306.
A 'Misfiring' code can be EITHER ignition or Fuel Injection.
I don't know what you 'changed' on your ignition 3 months ago (all that can be 'changed' is the plugs, wires, coils, and module).
Whatever was changed can easily have failed in 3 months, so no assumptions should be made as to their current condition.
Standing by,

Well the EVAP code refers to a box of some sort next to the feul tank and deals with fuel pressure, (thats what i was told). We took it out and blew a bunch of dirt out of it. That could be a reason for the misfire, since it deals with the fuel. The ignition part that went faulty was the module i beleive. That part is still working. My uncle (owns the shop) the code EGR refers to a valve of some sort. What valve and where i have no idea. But we cleaned out the box thing that the EVAP was referring to and i haven't thrown another code yet. Ill get pics of what i was referring to tomorrow.

Well, there are 16 codes that are 'EVAP':
P0440 Evaporative Emission Control System Malfunction
P0441 Evaporative Emission Control System Incorrect Purge Flow
P0442 Evaporative Emission Control System Leak Detected (small leak)
P0443 Evaporative Emission Control System Purge Control Valve Circuit Malfunction
P0444 Evaporative Emission Control System Purge Control Valve Circuit Open
P0445 Evaporative Emission Control System Purge Control Valve Circuit Shorted
P0446 Evaporative Emission Control System Vent Control Circuit Malfunction
P0447 Evaporative Emission Control System Vent Control Circuit Open
P0448 Evaporative Emission Control System Vent Control Circuit Shorted
P0449 Evaporative Emission Control System Vent Valve/Solenoid Circuit Malfunction
P0450 Evaporative Emission Control System Pressure Sensor Malfunction
P0451 Evaporative Emission Control System Pressure Sensor Range/Performance
P0452 Evaporative Emission Control System Pressure Sensor Low Input
P0453 Evaporative Emission Control System Pressure Sensor High Input
P0454 Evaporative Emission Control System Pressure Sensor Intermittent
P0455 Evaporative Emission Control System Leak Detected (gross leak)

I don't know of a 'box' near the fuel tank that you're referring to.
There is a kind of 'can' there, which is the Fuel Filter. It has nothing to do with Evap; and you don't 'clean' it, you just throw it away and install a new one. A dirty/clogged fuel filter can cause engine problems, even 'misfire' if it's so clogged that the mixture is very lean.
Mebbe there is a 'box' of which I'm unaware.
Often, an 'EVAP' code is thrown if the Gas Cap isn't tight; P0442 if the leak is small, P0455 if it's large.

EGR is Exhaust Gas Recirculation (which is a major emissions system), and there's a valve located on the engine juut behind the throttle body. Where the distributor was on the 'original' carb'd 2.8 version of this engine.
A real PITA to get to. The valve itself can fail, or a hose can come loose (I think it has a vacuum connection to something else), or the tube that carries the exhaust gas can become clogged (from running a rich mixture).
There are 9 codes for problems with the EGR:
P0400 Exhaust Gas Recirculation Flow Malfunction
P0401 Exhaust Gas Recirculation Flow Insufficient Detected
P0402 Exhaust Gas Recirculation Flow Excessive Detected
P0403 Exhaust Gas Recirculation Circuit Malfunction
P0404 Exhaust Gas Recirculation Circuit Range/Performance
P0405 Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor A Circuit Low
P0406 Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor A Circuit High
P0407 Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit Low
P0408 Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High

Please help us by indicating the EXACT codes, using the P0xxx designations from the scanner; otherwise, we can't do much to analyze the problem(s).
Good luck.

The "box" i was referring to is this

I don't know the exact codes but since we cleaned that "box" i haven't thrown another code.

consider it
