Ok so I tried to search for this but i couldnt really get a straight answer. I have to get my car tested for emissions and i am worried i am going to fail because of my CAI, and my exhaust. Do I need everything to be stock?... I think i still got my stock air box but having a stock exhaust would be pretty hard. I am lost guys help me out.

Shouldn't be a problem, as long as your 'puter is working and not giving any SES codes.
1. Your exhaust, I'm sure, is a 'cat-back' type, which is perfectly legal (that's why they can sell them).
Cat-back means that everything from the engine to (and including) the cat are factory (or OEM replacements), and the 'performance exhaust' is stuff that is behind/downstream of the cat (exhaust tubes and mufflers).
So, no problem as far as EPA or any states are concerned .
2. Nobody cares about CAI's, as long as you kept the original sensors (there's an Inlet Air Temperature sensor in the OEM airbox).
All the sensors still adjust the fuel properly, so the CAI doesn't affect the vehicle's emissions.
That's why they can sell them.
If any of your stuff is homemade or jerry-rigged to where it might affect the emissions, you *might* get grief if the inspecting technicians can spot the non-OEM work.
The above ^^ is based on my understanding of EPA-allowable engine modifications, and AZ emissions inspections (which are actually very strict).
Hope this helps.

I am located in Iowa right now, but my vehicle is registered in IL. I recently got my emmissions test done in IL. I also have CAI and exhaust. It does not matter. As long as your SES light isn't on, it shouldn't be a problem. All they do is check your gas cap and plug some device into a slot above the foot pedals.
