Air vents Vertical or Horizontal

So do u have your air vents vertical or horizontal or angled? maybe dont care. I have to have mine vertical?

i have them turned in the direction they need to be to get heat to me and heat to the side windows so they dont fog up.

I go vertical, looks better IMO, just my opinion though.

my buddy always puts one horizontal when i get out of the car cause he knows it pisses me off cause i lock the doors and look in and im like u ass. Im sad to say i will unlock the car and fix the vent. Same thing if people are in the back and dont push the seat back when they get out. I like the seat placed back to original thank u. haha all in good fun tho

Oh. and my vents are all over the place, but usually at about a 45 degree angle, outside ones towards the doors, middle two towards me:)

Slanted on the outside, horizontal in the middle. Unless of course they're being used to direct air someplace in particular. :lol:

My gf who is pretty much my only passenger, has the vent closed since she doesnt like direct air on her (not that my a/c or heat works very well, anyways)

I have the ones closest to me angled toward my chest/arms and the middle one points straight back, but angles down so it hits my right arm a bit.

Mine dont spin anymore like they used to since I painted the avtual vent part black (yea the charcoal grey was annoying me)

so there goes my spinny vent fun :(

I have mine pointed towards my hands in the winter and toward my chest in the summer. My heater does not operate in the "both" mode. It's either vents or floor.

Haha, so I just ran to the shed to check my vents cause I'm that bored. I determined that I have them vertical.

x means its broken...my sweatshirt pocket got caught one day cleaning and pulled the adjuster lever really far over and snapped it off so it doesnt really adjust, its kinda stuck.

Wow, a whole thread about vent positions!! Who would have thought!! Mine are (//) (||) (||) (@) The last one is broke and if you turn the blower on high and give the vent a good spin it will keep spinning. It spun for about 10 minutes one time before it stopped!! :-D

Mine are angled, except they are facing away from me 95% of the time. I can't stand having the air blow directly at me...dries out my contacts. :(
