sub help

ok guys i had my subs going with a very messy wiring job, so

today i decided to redo it. i re did it all. i ran the remote under the

seat. well i thought i was all done but when i turn the power on

the amp came on and even with no music the subs had a heart

beat kind of thump like thump... thump.. and it just kept going. so

i turned it off and i thought it was the ground so i re attached it

somewher eelse and now my amp wont even turn on. any help?

Try another spot. It's got to be bolted to BARE metal...really bare!

ahh it was the fuse from the wiring cable.. and of course, I GOT NONE

ok well the fuse didnt work. its back to the heartbeet thumping.
when i speed up it gets louder.? any clue. should i just rewire.

i dont see what re-wiring is gonna solve. I would say go back and check every inch of your wiring, check and doublecheck all conections, and if possible, try another amp. if you have a dmm, check the voltages at the batter and at the amp.
