What do you think my car is worth and is this car worth buying?

I'm thinking of selling my car which is in excellent condition, but has 166,000 mi. on it, so tell me how much you think it's worth!There is a link to pics of it. Also a local dealer has a 97' black GT coupe with 120,000 miles on it in great condition and are asking $3900. Do you think this is a good price? Thanx!

There is only 40,000 difference in miles, thats like 2 or 3 years driving difference. Are you sure you are really gaining a lot for $4,000.00 dollers.

Im telling you man, just buy my car, a 95 GT coupe with only 73K miles, and i only want 5 grand for it, its got a $1200 sound system and all major repairs have been done, lower intake manifold gasket, egr valve, and alternator:D
