misfires after LIM injector circuit open?

Well I recently did the LIM fix and after its got misfires my luck.. Anyhow I figured mabye one of the connectors was loose on an injector so i pulled the intake back off and checked it and it seemed fine.. anyhow put it back together and still the same misfire so i went to autozone and pulled the codes i got a misfire in cyl 3 and injector circuit open. Any suggestions on trouble shooting this? i know i need to check voltage and ohms but its kinda tuff on these cars because you cant have the car running with the injector unplugged because there under the dang intake..

took the intake back off and fiddled with the #3 injector plug when i was trying to pop it off one of the wires was barely in there so it was broken off.. that would be what is causing the problem. called the dealer ordered new clip its 28 bucks and you splice it into the harness. I hope this assists some searches in the future..
