Ok well Cerious says that they r workin on our hood, but its really slow goin. So here we go with gettin some other CF parts. My local shop that i go to almost everyday has decided that they will do us some CF, actually they will do any CF we want! So I will obviously be the car that they mold from and they will sell them to u guys and me obviously. Cerious performance told me that gettin CF was hard goin right now but apparently they r BSing me because DB said they could get it any day we want.

So first things first which parts do we want, and i know i asked thie b4 but I need some serious people with some serious suggestions. So far I know that we want
1.Fenders
2.trunk lids

Also keep in mind that they cant really get too fancy like I dont think I will get them to do the hood because the scoops will b difficult, although if they r reasonable for the other parts I may ask them for the ram hood.

By the way they also through out a price for the fenders of around 650 and 450 for the deck lid, it all depends on the price they get the CF at and the amount of interest I get from u guys, but u all need to b serious!

Lemme know.
Peace,
Andrew

Well actually this will b their first CF, they do fiberglassing on a daily basis but this will really b their first CF. I should tell u that this shouldnt sway u away from it, because they do perfect work, and I know if they do anything less than perfect they wont do it at all. I can go and snap some pics of their fiberglassin tomorrow if u really want me to.
Peace,
Andrew

Are you getting an order or gauging interest? you won't get any money from a lot of people before they see one. I'd see who is interested, go to the company, hammer out a price and have them make one having them know if it's not up to par none are going to be getting out. But anywhoo maybe that's what you are doing. Lol and if things go well you ought to put in a kind word for some 99+ parts

I'm completely interested in a trunk lid. 450 may be a bit steep though so hopefully we can get more orders and have them cut the price a bit.

$450 isnt that much for a CF trunk. so i dont think your going to see lower prices.

Where in fairfax do you live at? My sister use to live leesburg, but she bought a house closer to DC (in princewillims county i think)

i wouldnt worry about a hood, that jsp one isnt that expensive, i really want fenders or a trucnk lid, i sure dont want to pay that for the fenders tho b/c i would paint those, i only want to lose weight, im cool with trunk lids but they way the trunk rounds looks stupid with no spoiler, if they are going to make cf lids then i want a cf factory spoiler

I am sure they could do a factory spoiler if u want, personally I think the red spoiler on the cf lid will look hot but its all persoanl preference. Yeah for now I am goin with the cf hood from JSP, I would reccomend goin through ur local shop cuz they will b able to get it cheaper then u will as long as they open an account.

As for the trunk lid there has a been a little set back because the gov't has taken all of the large sheets of CF from my shops distibutor... They said it would be 3 months, but they r lookin into gettin a diff distributor to get them some cf sheets. Anyway thought i would update u guys!

if they do a trunk they should remove the trunk line and maybe make me one with out a key hole

Well they could remove the trunk line inside but then it will b much harder to fab something to hold the braces which screw into the arms that hold up the lid. As for the keyhole i could see what they can do, right now they have to find a new supplier for the CF sheets.
Peace,
Andrew
