probably, if your custom cat-back piping is 2.5" mandrel bent

If you go to any shop just saying you want a cat-back system, they will loose the resonator for you. If you really want it, you can tell them so. IMO its much better w/out, performance and sound wise

yup, manufacturers try to make cars as quiet as possible for everyday drivers who could care less about performance and more about luxury and being comfortable

Personnally I'd go with custom 2.25" exhaust with Borla muffler. I like my car quiet with a low distant rumble without any resonance in the cabin.

yea i think 2.50 would be kinda big. that is unless you are getting thoses new headers that out for our cars. Just go with some kinda custom Magnaflow Cat-back, trust me you would like it Sound kinda like Borla but you pay less, also they hold up better then flow master to

you wont really "lose" any since it was on before-hand but you may be left out of maybe 1hp if you would take it off

stick to 2.25.. i was at a shop today and the guy was saying for my car at least.. that to go to 2.5 would cause me to lose some torque.. and god i love the torque for this car

Hmm odd, I personally would go with a 2.5" exhaust on a V6 and 2.25" on the four bangers.

I honestly can say I deeply regret getting 2.25" esp. with all the mods Im doin. Now Im gonna have to redo my exhaust next year :(
