1994 Winshield wiper removal

how do you take these off? I just cant figure it out... I dont see any screws or anything like that. (Im trying to replace the entire arm, not just the wiper blade)

It's a little tricky.You need to remove the little plastic cap at the very bottom of the arm.Underneath the cap is a nut.Remove that and then you need to pry and pull up to remove the arm off the stud.It might take some time to figure out just exactly how to pull it off,but you should be able to get it. My '96 wiper arm had a small hole under the hinge.
Lift the arm, stick a nail in the hole and it relieves the spring pressure. You can then rock the arm around to break it free of the post.
