help, what codes mean 89 ga 2.5l

Hey guys i'm getting codes 13 25 32 34 codes off my computer with the old paper clip trick. Can you let me know what these are. I have a feeling it's a tps sensor and maybe something else because it sputters soo much when i touch the gas. I also am having problem with coolant loss but I don't know where it's going. Any help appreciated thanks

I was just able to find codes from good old autozone.com. Can anyone verify that these are correct for my ga
13 oxy sensor
25 iat sensor high temp
32 egr valve
34 maf low frequency or map sensorsignal volt low

Now if I replace all these do you think my car will run properly? or is it better to replace one at a time and keep checking codes? If so which order should i replace in thanks
