i wouldnt think so since that part lays on top of the rad support. fan shrouds are usuallyrounded and right on top of the fan. but im no expert so :shrug:

id call it the front radiator cover but thats proly not the official name. maybe the upper air dam is a better name, mainly cuz it helps keep the air form going around the rad instead of thru it. just a cuple thots
