Cold Air Intake

Hey does anyone here know how to make a custom ram air intake? im pretty new here, im the one who has the 86 Grand AM 3.0 Liter V6. i cant find much for mods so i have to do most of it customly. Also is 50 mph in one block pretty good?

Well if it was my block it wouldn't be, my block is like 2 miles long. A friend of mine is going to be making a custom CAI for me, i've never seen it done before but all you need is some piping, a good cone filter (K&N), and some hose clamps, doesn't seem too difficult to install either

well i got the pipe and air filter, also the clamps, now i need to know, do i have to take off the Mass Airflow Sensor?? if so, how do i do this, im confused.

No . the MAF is a needed sensor . Connect the CAI to the MAF inlet .
