ok i bought a 1996 grandam se with a 3.1 from autopac and it was hit from behide with minimal damage the bumper was pushed in and the frame on the passenger side is bent and i was wondering if anyone has good ideas to fix it at home

After the frame is bent... I think you're pretty well out of luck. I could be wrong of course, but heating it up and such... your losing the integrity of the steel, but hey, i'm not the professional here.
