:hmmm: If I already have a 80 Series on the car.. Can they take off the resonator?

yep thats how i got mine done cost like 40 bucks and it makes a big differnece

that sounds sweet man now i know what i gotta put on my car thanks but 1 problem ppl at the muffular shop tell me i cant fit that exaust on my car why is that or is their modding u have to do to it ty

i had the 40 series, basicly the same muffler but differnt design on my 97 3.1 w/ no cat or resonator.. freaking loud.. and nice.. sounded like a V8 at idle.. miss that so much...

i was looking into the super 40 series but not sure if ima be able to find someone to install the thing ive had 3 places tell me they cant do it wtf ima print this page and show it to the next place that tells me they cant do it

a super 40 is probly a different size my muffler is a camaro style with single in dual out its mounted sideways back there

dood, seriously, it cost me very little to do mine as i did it myself.. all i had to buy as 3 90 degree things from auto zone at like $5 each and a hunk of straight pipe i had laying around to replace the resonator.. took me maybe 2 hours to do.. i bought the welder from harbor freight tools, its a wire feed for $100.. and a saw saw.. so, it was hella cheap and easy to do, but the 80 series is what you want.. it sits cross ways so the inlet is right where the factory muffler is and then the two ouputs are only a autozone 90 degree away from the tips...
so, for a shop to say they cant do it, is BS.. its so freakin easy!
