So yeah, i was retinting my tails, and they came out pretty good... but right on an edge, the clear had the runs :( its not noticable, but is there anyway i can buff it out, or should i just wetsand it down to normal and reclear the area?? I'm not great with clear coating, but i'm working on it. :D

what I would do is scuff it up completely with scotchbrite to see the uneven areas then dry sand it completely. Sand until the entire light is even. Then wet sand it. Then buff with a compound.
This is usually with body work. I don't know if you want to do this with a light. This method takes a while but the results can't be beat.
