Possibility on cutting down space used on servers

I don't know how hard this would be, but instead of being able to upload pics as an attachment that takse up the GAOC server space, maybe someone could write a script that automatically uploads to imageshack and does an [img] in the post. That way we could keep threads around like the names to faces and not kill bandwidth. I know you can upload to image shack without going to thier page. I go HERE (http://www.strikefile.com/myspace/imagehelp.htm) when I upload. So you would really just need a script to read the results page and extract the direct link URL. More bother than it's worth? maybe. Just had this thought and wanted to pass it on.

Thanks for the thought, Bryan. I'll look into it, but for now it's probably easier to just upload a pic. Off-topic posts are pruned to 90 days, so attachments like that get cleaned up regularly.
