I bought the car used so I dont know what really happend, but my guess is the owner hit some thing and all the paint chipped off, the bumper its self is find it just needs to be repainted.

Looking good.

Until you can afford to get it painted I suggest going to the parts store and gettting a can of Duplicolor spray paint to match your car.

The front of my truck scraps daily and I'm always spraying the front and it looks alot better than having the paint missing.
