My ride with new wheels (56k run like hell)

I got a set of Eagle 192's the other week and after washing the car and using the Mother's 3 step I think that she looks good enough to show for the first time. Yes I know it would look better if I dropped it but this car wears steelies for 5 months of the year. If I drop it, it will be me and the municipal plows clearing the roads in January.

I think it looks great just the way it is! I would not worry about dropping it. I don't normally like very many aftermarket rims nowadays but those are damn nice looking!:)

I got the grill off of ebay. The guy who sells them's username is thegrilleguy. Just dig around in the listings. My grille isn't mesh, its actually a bunch of circular holes sort of like the grill on a denali just smaller.

I agree with Paul (red98grandamse), and I think that the very first picture of that car on those rims looks very much like a Mustang *at first glance*. And then you look at it again and you're like, "Ooooh, even better! It's a Grand Am!" Haha.

Thanks for all of the comments guys. Yeah it does look a little like a mustang. There's something about chrome 5 stars and the orange reflector in the headlight that makes it similar to the 95-99 body style.

What do you guys think? Maybe Grand Am of the week? I think I have some deep seated childhood issues and this recognition would help. :)

Yeah, I know she needs to be dropped. Since I just got married this summer I am having to save my pennies for the kyb agx that I want. I am a little worried about dropping it since I live in between two great lakes and it can snow like a bastard here. Does anyone else have any problemsÉ

If I had gone with black wheels with the chrome lip I would have installed a vinyl over-lay over the factory trim. Ièm just looking to make this car subtle and classy. Since the photos I have installed leather seats from a wrecked GT and an SLP¨cat back system.
