if you want something to tune the computer in your car with, have a look at www.hptuners.com There system is about $650 (you can see the difference just in price between real performance parts, and ebay garbage.)

It's another IAT resistor in a box. It's useless.

Other than the HP tuners software/interface Urweak mentioned, there is no legit "chip" made for your application.

well there are still all the others like MS, but nothing lets you reflash the pcm like HPtuners

That's not really a chip or tuner... that's re-engineering your engine management (standalone PCM).
