Hi guys.. I new here and I'm looking for some info and have a few questions. First off i'm looking for a 99+ GA. now in my price range i'm finding mainly 99-00 GA now when looking in the specs for some reason in 99 the 3.4 only makes 20-28 mpg.. and the same engine in 2000 get 20-32.. why is there a difference.. now i know this next question is going to sound stupid. Which is faster the gt or se with the 3.4.. the reason why i ask is the SE weights about 100 lbs less and the final gear ratio is 3.94.. while the gt final gear ratio is 3.29.. My final question is what type of gas milage you guys actualy getting.. I'm very concerned about gas I have a camaro is a 3.4 right now and that really sucks on gas. Now I know the GA 3.4 is a Gen IV engine it breathes a lot better and get's better gas milage.. thanks in advance..
oh yea and do any of the 3.4's come in manual cause i can't seem to find any that do?
