bypassing stock amp

Need help bypassing the stock amp in my 2000 alero. Is it easiest just to run new speaker wire from the deck or is there a way to just re-wire around the amp.

i have a new head unit in already and some infinity 6X9's but i think the stock amp is screwing them up cuz they sound like garbage
