Hi, I know there is alot of threads on clearing taillights, but I have caulk instead of silicone. Can I use this instead, or do I have no idea what I'm talking about :).

...right after she makes mine and gets me a beer... :peepsofa:

but on topic... I'd use silicone as its made more for the intended purpose, but if you was the caulk and it doesnt hold well, you can always redo it with silicone.

What is all this talk of beer and sandwiches?? Ill take a sam adams and a ham & swiss on dark rye. :D
Oh I mean, Ill take a root beer, being underage n' all :ontome:

But uhm, do NOT use bathroom caulk... It takes days to set and dry completely, and if you dont get it on there perfectly, it will look like ass. Just go buy some silicon sealant at home deport/maynards/lowes/etc

yea Silicone can hold pressure better as well. I dunno what your using it for but for either sealing something for water tightness or trying to hold pressure in Silicone is the best.
