Anyone ever use them? any good?

Tonight my gf bought me a set of of cleaning wipes, protectant wipes, and glass wipes. Individually they were $9 each but the set was $16.42 so that was a good deal. I was also looking at the car wash wipes, are they any good?

Plus she bought me a Turtle Wax Emerald Series wash mitt.

I saw The Absorber there for $19.99 or a real Turtle Wax Emerald Series Chamois for $15.99
One of those will be my next purchase and then it will be a set of mothers or meguiars wash, wax, polish and detailer i think

I tried the Armour All wipes once. They sucked, in my opinion, lol. Seems I need to pull out a half a bottle of the damn things to clean the dash once.

I've used them....I didnt have to use half the bottle for the dash...but 1-3 usually did the whole car for me.

I have used them also. I think the spray and a rag to a better job. But I guess it depends on the person using them

I have found they work just fine. You should be ok especially since you are using the spray first.

I'm trying those Meguiar's protectant wipes now. They don't seem to do too badly...but they smell like grapes.

I like to use the wipes occasinally to just do some quick cleaning. But the spray and a rag I like better when I have the time to do a full cleaning of my car. And like GrandAMage GT I only had to use a few.

The window wipes are junk..I havent used the others. The window ones leave little pieces of the wipe on the window itself.

HOWEVER, your not stuck. I have found that the window wipes do work good on rims.

Say it...you know you want to...

My grandma got me some, they're alright, BUT I find it just as easy to soak one of those blue shop towels in Armor All, then clean everything up. That way I don't get overspray on my windows!

I use Armor All protectant wipes. Convenient. For the windows, I use (i think it's Glass Plus or Windex) wipes. Keeps the spray from getting all over and again, convenience. I do it more often.

I think they are a good idea but.... I bought them and they suck, they fall apart leaving white paper towel stuff all over your car, and they are expensive... I would suggest buying a bottle then spraying it yourself for better reasults!

I think every one has a different taste in car detailing....

I've used the Armoural Wipes (the cleaner. the protectant and the glass cleaner). I love that product. I usually use about 3 wipes of each on interior of my car. I think I get a much better look using the wipes then I do using the spray. I find no matter how I use the spray it goes on like crap, or too much is put in an area and a list of other problems. I thought (personally) the wipes was the best product I've seen Armoural come out with.

But just my personal opinion.....

And about the comment of the Absorber, I like it. Good for touch ups, never a water mark, beautiful job. It's strange to get used to (as it's like a big thin rubber mat)....

The Armour All glass wipes I find are not very good. They leave my windows very streaky. The other wipes are pretty good. I only use about 2-3 for my whole car.

i personally think that all of the wipes suck. i prefer the old method of a rag and spray bottle. the rags are good to carry in your trunk for touch ups when your at a show or showing your car off. but all that is an opinion

The Armor All sponge pad I thought worked really well. I used in on my dash, panels and pretty much everywhere else inside. It's kept it shiny for a month now. The best thing is, they're only 80 cents! :D
